This project explores painting beyond its two-dimensional surface, revealing its depth through the time of its creation. It also questions freedom, showing how surveillance exposes and makes us vulnerable, but reframes this intrusion poetically through art. It reflects on the relativity of personal time and seeks to compress individual times and spaces into a shared present. The work consists of 24 large canvases depicting places in each time zone, with live surveillance feeds projected onto them, creating 24 interconnected sites and hours. The aim is to give painting a new dimension—the present continuous—by making it animated, online, ever-changing, and closer to life itself.
