Budapest Art Factory Turns 20! International Contemporary Art from the Petro–de Chalendar Collection B32 Gallery 22 May – 12 June 2025 Opening 22 May (Thursday) 6 p. m. by art collector Kinga Petro and curator Gábor Ébli Relocated recently from its original venue in Northern Pest to a newly refurbished former industrial site in Southern Buda, Budapest Art Factory is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a retrospective exhibition. Besides its stable Hungarian artistic team, BAF regularly hosts foreign artists-in-residence whose stay in Budapest is supported by Kinga Petro and her husband, French music director Philippe de Chalendar. The artworks gifted to the couple in return compose a prominent section of their contemporary art collection and are shown in a group show for the first time now.
